Publishing and Version Control
Control the status of the courses and lessons on your platform and build a quality control process around your content creation. Only publish your course when you are ready to make it available to your students. With version control, you can track changes to your content to ensure reporting on lessons is accurate.

Publishing
For each course and lesson you create, you can control the status of the content. This allows you to build a quality control process around your content creation.
The status of the content can be set to Draft, Review, Ready to Publish, and Published. This allows you to review the content before it is made available to your students.

Version Control
Lessons and courses are versioned to ensure that the correct version of the content is used for reporting and progress tracking.
When a lesson or course is published, a new version is created. This allows you to track changes to the content and see a history of the changes.

Archiving
You can archive a course or lesson when it is no longer needed. This will remove it from the platform and it will no longer be visible to your students. However, all progress data is retained against these lessons.
If you want to make improvements to the lesson or course, you can create a new version and publish it. This will create a new version of the lesson or course and make it available to your students.
