What data do we collect about you?

We do not ask for personal data to be entered in order to use our website, and as such none is collected as you browse the site. In common with most other websites, when you are browsing our site, we use cookies for analytical data. A cookie is an anonymised small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie tracks your activity only on that site. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you.

Any data collected about you by Axol will be kept under Axol's control. We will not share, sell or lease your data to any company or organisation outside Axol unless should be required to do so by law (e.g. a court order, or legal request from a law enforcement agency).

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How long do we keep your information?

If you have emailed us with an enquiry, we will hold onto this data until we have satisfactorily responded to your query or while you are in discussions with us about working together.

Once we begin working together, we will hold your data for as long as you are a client, and for six months after, in case of follow up work. Once the dialogue or client relationship has come to a conclusion, we will remove your data from our systems after six months.

What are your rights?

You may choose to restrict the use of your personal information by emailing us at enquires@axol.tech.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulations 2018. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please email us at enquires@axol.tech.
